Hi, I’m Roza Vahedi, a Florida-based Realtor® and real estate advisor with over 7 years of experience in both residential and commercial markets. I started my career at 21, and since then I’ve built my business around a client-first approach, drawing on my background in hospitality to deliver thoughtful, detail-oriented service.

I work with a wide range of clients—from first-time homebuyers to those navigating more complex commercial transactions—and I pride myself on clear communication, strong market knowledge, and building long-term relationships that extend well beyond a single deal.

Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me enjoying beach sunsets, heading out for an early morning bike ride, trying new local restaurants, or spending time with my pets, Alfred and Zelda.
